About us

The Jalisco Mexican Café Restaurant has been located in Imperial Beach since 1940. When Grace and her husband, Maston (“Ed”) retired in 1986, their son, Edward, carried on the family tradition with the Jalisco Café.

At the Jalisco Café, the current owners, Alex and Alejandra have continued the tradition of over 50 years by serving you authentic Mexican food in a friendly, family atmosphere.
